This device problem areas report shows Windows events logged for the selected device during the time period displayed at the bottom of the report.
Note:In order for entries to be added to this report, the Windows Event Log listener must be enabled and a Windows Event passive monitor must be added to the device. For more information on the Windows Event Log listener, see Enabling the Windows Event Log Listener.
A Windows log event is a Windows Event Viewer entry monitored by WhatsUp Gold. This could be monitoring when a service is started or stopped, if there was a logon failure, or any other entry in the Windows Event Viewer.
Use the date/time picker at the top of the report to select a date range. The date and time format for the date on this report matches the format specified in Program Options > Regional.
You can change the device you are viewing by clicking the device name in the application bar at the top of the page.
You can change to another device report by selecting it from the More Device Reports pull-down menu.
To view the properties on the current device, click the Device Properties button in the application at the top of the page.
You can print a fully formatted report through your browser by clicking the print icon in the browser's toolbar, or selecting File > Print from the browser's menu.
